Diversity:
It's In Our DNA

Diversity in Practice

Demonware spans geographies and cultures. These varied perspectives breed new ideas. But for us to do our best work, everyone must feel valued. That's why it's so important to create an environment that is inclusive to all.

A Statement on DE&I

Jason: I grew up in China and immigrated to Canada at an early age. I understand firsthand the experience of under-represented groups and the systemic obstacles they sometimes face. I believe developing a shared understanding of where we all came from is the key to creating a safe and inclusive culture.

Andrew: I’ve worked around the world, and Demonware is something rare - the feeling of a company small enough to really know people, but big enough to include many diverse backgrounds. We look forward to the uniqueness that each new person brings to us.

How DEI Impacts Our Team

Employee Networks

Employee Groups are crucial to our DE&I efforts by providing a safe space to plan events, share experiences and learn.
