Next, all of your materials are reviewed by our hiring managers. If your skills are a match, a one hour phone call with our recruiter follows to talk through your expectations.
We like people who are always listening, not always right.
Your interview is on site for 1-3 hours. You meet the hiring managers and we all discuss what the role involves and how it might fit for you.
Whiteboarding? Yes. Psychometrics or trick questions? No.
After the interview, if both sides are interested, we make you an offer, ideally within two weeks.
